Re: How to catalogue
My only experience with WP is via LV, where we have a common login.
I'll register.
And test the software.

Re: How to catalogue
Do we have a common login/password for this? Or should I create my own account?

Re: How to catalogue
Thanks for diggin, Vitkor. The mp3gain program for Mac that you list actually only gives you the volume, but does not allow you to change it (I had tried this one a while ago).
I will have a look at the others later today

Re: How to catalogue
Now that I've had some time to look at kattekliek's and HP's suggestions with regard to the catalogue, I have to admit that I like HP's a lot! A blog would work too, but HP gave it a lot of thought already, you can tell! prooflistened by Elli, really?

Re: How to catalogue
I've seen your post, Ruth, and I would not catalogue without getting your final OK anyway
Just mentioning what I see as problems for future/other projects (group projects come to mind).

Re: How to catalogue
See, we're going to have a problem... mp3gain is NOT available for Mac, and believe me I've looked for it. I can check the volume, but my only option to make the volumes to 89 dB would be to import into Audacity, export as .mp3 and go with trial and error. Not optimal. In this case, the volume is 91...

How to catalogue
So... our first book is ready
The disclaimer is "this recording was produced for legamus.eu by..."
If that is ok, then I guess it's ready to catalogue.
Now how exactly do I do that? Anything beside moving it to completed projects?

Thanks, Viktor. I guess you should wait for the files to be completely ready (i.e. Oked by Leni and with disclaimer).

Re: Disclaimer
I agree with Leni to some extent: I like the LV spirit. But I'll go with the majority.
On the other hand, I'd love to get this disclaimer thing settled soon, since we have our first project almost completed

Yeah, it sucks... Problem is there's no amelioration in sight, so he has to think about reconverting  at his age! Regarding the backup, still I'll back up your files, what if something happens to one of us? Could you also send me a pm with the delete links? Just in case we ever want to pull t...

Jeez, I sure hope the second section will be claimed before 2050
I'll MC this, no reason to leave it hanging there for days.
DPL anyone?
ETA: Algy, I've added part of the template that was missing. It's at the end, in small. Could you fill it up please? We need that info somewhere.

Re: Solo [ENGLISH] The Prophet by Khalil Gibran-neb
Aha, I just remembered MCs should back up all files... I wanted to buy a Time Capsule to have enough space, but it turns out the government has cut down so much on cultural things, that my husband's full time job as a music teacher suddenly has become a half time job... I have space for some,...
