Welcome AshleighJane :) The layout is still under discussion, but a very simple list is this one:

Solo/Group
Book Title:
Author:
Dates of birth and death of author:
Language:
Translator:
Dates of birth and death of translator:
Date of first publication:
Number of sections the project will have:
Does the project have a preface that will be recorded as a separate section?
Category:
Tags that describe the book:
Summary for the catalog (from Wikipedia or written by you):
Online text source:

If you wish (after all you are an experienced librivoxateer ;)) you can help the MC-to-come by filling out the layout by this example.

I just discovered that The Chinese Parrot is the second book in a series so I guess I'd better read it's predecessor first 8-)
