The story takes place in Providence, Rhode Island and revolves around the Church of Starry Wisdom, a mysterious cult using an artifact called Shining Trapezohedron. Some years after the dissapearance of group, Blake, a dabbler in the occult and author of supernaturally-themed works becomes fascinated with a certain church in Provindence and its history. It's shorter than "Colour out of Space" - 9100 words - and I was wondering whether to do a solo of it or read it as a part of a collection of shorter works by Lovecraft that I'm planning to start at one point. Finally I decided to do it as a standalone work.
