Karyotakis' Prose, 9 stories, with a dose of fantasy, a sense of nostalgia, daydreaming, but also some pessimism, an indication of misery and depression. All characteristics of the Greek society during the years the stories were written. (Summary by Rapunzelina)

Now that is a fast project!

I could ask my husband to PL, but he only speaks old/ancient (?) Greek.

They are really short stories most of them! Thus a fast one!

I've checked the text after editing (well, one can't be perfect enough!) but I'm mostly concerned how the sound quality is when played on another system. It's very different from ancient Greek, do you think your husband would be interested? He could try!

If it is more a sound check, I can certainly do that. Downloading ...

EDIT: 1-3 PL OK :)
Very clear recording, no background noise, no plosives. All fine.

Sorry, it took a while longer. For the catalog page I need to know how to spell Greek in Greek letters.
And could you have a look if I got all the Greek letters right?

This project is now complete! All audio files can be found on our catalog page: http://legamus.eu/blog/?p=392

Great that we have a Greek recording now, Greece being the mother of Europe somehow.

And yet, the Greek language stands on its own on the "Lexical Distance Among the Languages of Europe" graph!

Thank you very much for the completion of the project! It all looks great on the catalog page!!!

the first link of the three, "Download 128kbps mp3 as single files or as a ZIP archive", above "Text source"

Thanks! :)
