Your projects would be welcome on LV, and I’m glad you’re willing to release them there as well. As for how to go about it, there are a couple of ways. You can simply record new intros and outros and then switch them within the sections. The other option is to draw from other projects published on LV and to use the LV-specific parts of those intros/outros to update the sections. Depending on any changes to your recording setup or health, or how large a ‘bank’ there is to draw upon on LV, that method can also sound very smooth and not noticeable at all or discernibly different to the existing disclaimers and main section.
For my own projects that I’ve set up on LV, I decided to grit my teeth and record fresh disclaimers. I thought I would struggle to match the sound, so my thinking at the time was that it was more important to give them a berth at LV than to worry about something I didn’t have a great deal of control over. For the Legamus transfer projects narrated by other readers, particularly readers who don’t seem to be active now, I went diving in their back catalogues to try to find disclaimers that were a good sonic match. You’re welcome to use either, a combination of the two or whatever works for you.
A procedural point: when you export the new files, delete the tags. I gather that in the vast majority of projects it’s not a problem but occasionally the LV/IA software that adds that data to the tags from the info in the MW will take against something in one of the fields. At least, such is what I understand to be the case.
As for leaving Guermantes on Legamus exclusively for a while, that’s up to you. I take your point, though I would probably lean towards releasing it on LV earlier. For good or ill, LV seems to reach a wider audience, and once published on the IA it would be backed up, so to speak, on other servers than Legamus. That last point is probably more specific to my persistent worry about losing work, though, and may not apply to you.
When you get ready to launch, what we’ve been doing is using the original summary and then adding a short statement: ‘This recording was originally published on Legamus.eu and was later released on Librivox when US copyright permitted.’ You needn’t use that phrasing, of course!
The MC I’ve been working with, and who’s been spot PLing my editing, is Anne (annise). You could PM either of us closer the time you would ready to launch.
Are you still thinking of Cities of the Plain for LV?
That’s enough, and probably more than enough, from me for now. If something’s unclear please do ask.

Hello Andrew,
it's a very kind idea to leave Legamus some exclusive time, but as we're not in any competition, neither for public reach nor for any ads, feel free to do as you like. If you put it on LV as soon as possible, that's totally fine with me!
Here are two attempts on a cover. Either I leave the image in its whole height, then I have to squeeze the text vertically on the side to create a square image:
https://upload.legamus.eu/simple/files/ ... rtical.png
or I cut the image, let go of hand and fan, and put the text on it:
https://upload.legamus.eu/simple/files/ ... er_cut.png
Of course, any other font is possible as well. For the vertical text, black text on white is also possible.
What do you prefer?
