This is very fine, file name or tag changes are trivial - I just have to be aware of them. So writing them in the MW is the best way indeed.

Grrrr! I have had this problem before. It happens sometimes (I think it's because I don't have a lot of space on my computer) where it makes little skips.
I think that's what happened with section 4.

yeah such technical problems happen sometimes. Before starting recording you might check your hard disk space available ... even defracmentation might help !
