Hi,
I'm not sure if we could read this, or it should go in LV. It was first published in 1899 but reedited and enlarged in 1919. The author, Arthur Symons died in 1945.

Published (in the better version) in 1919 => that's before 1923, so it should be on LibriVox.
As the author died less than 70 years ago, it is even completely impossible for Legamus.
